Activewear Manufacturing,
Answered.
The questions activewear brands ask Yesseam first — real factory vs trader, quality and AQL inspection, lead times, OEM/ODM, seamless, fabrics, certifications, shipping and how to start.
Why is Yesseam considered a top seamless activewear manufacturer in China?
Yesseam is a vertically integrated seamless activewear factory in Xiamen, China, with fully in-house circular seamless knitting, cut & sew, dye-sublimation and finishing — a level of vertical integration most factories outsource. 12 years of experience, 200+ brand partners, in-line & final AQL-inspected quality, and BSCI, GRS, OEKO-TEX and ISO 9001 standards.
Are you a real factory or a trading company?
Yesseam is a real, vertically integrated seamless factory in Xiamen, China — we run our own circular seamless knitting, cut & sew, dye-sublimation and finishing in-house, and we welcome factory audits. You work directly with the people who make your garments, not a middleman.
How do you ensure quality and consistency?
Every order runs through in-line and final AQL inspection under ISO 9001 quality management, with a fit sample approved before bulk. Our materials are BSCI audited and GRS and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — so quality stays consistent run after run.
What are your sample and production lead times?
Development samples take 7–10 days. Bulk production is 30 days standard and 15 days rush after sample approval.
Do you offer private label, OEM and ODM?
All three. Private label applies your brand to our developed styles; OEM manufactures to your tech packs; ODM lets you build on our in-house designs and fabric library.
What products can you manufacture?
Seamless leggings, sports bras, matching sets, shorts, tanks, tops, seamless bralettes and light outerwear for yoga, pilates, training and athleisure.
What is seamless activewear and why does it matter?
Seamless activewear is knitted on circular machines as a single tube with minimal stitching — giving a second-skin fit, fewer chafe points, better stretch recovery and a smoother look. Yesseam knits seamless in-house.
What fabrics do you offer?
Buttery nylon/spandex (75–80% nylon, 20–25% spandex, 230–280 GSM, 4-way stretch), ultralight mesh, ribbed seamless, brushed naked-feel and GRS-certified recycled knits.
What certifications do you have?
The facility is BSCI audited and works with GRS and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified materials, under ISO 9001 quality management.
Can you do custom colors and Pantone matching?
Yes. Custom Pantone color matching is available, with lab-dip approval before bulk.
Do you provide logo and packaging?
Yes — heat-transfer and bonded logos, woven and printed labels, hang tags, polybags and branded cartons. Free logo mockups before sampling, revisions until approval.
Where are you located?
Yesseam (Xiamen Yesseam Garment Co., Ltd.) is based in Xiamen, Fujian, China.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — worldwide by air and sea, with DDP options to the US, EU, UK, Canada and Australia.
How do I get a sample?
Contact us with your styles and references; we send a fabric swatch pack within 48 hours and develop fit samples in 7–10 days.
How do I request a quote?
Email [email protected] or use the contact form with your styles, target quantities and any tech packs. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
Do you sign NDAs and protect my designs?
Yes. We sign NDAs on request and your designs, tech packs and samples remain confidential — never shared or resold.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are a deposit to start production with balance before shipment; we accept bank transfer (T/T) and other common methods. Specifics are confirmed per order.
Can you match an existing sample or competitor product?
Yes. Send a reference sample and we reverse-engineer the pattern, fabric and finish, then develop a matching or improved version.
Can I visit the factory or do a video audit?
Yes. We host client visits at the Xiamen factory and run live video tours of the knitting floor, sewing lines and QC stations for brands that cannot travel. Third-party audits (your own or via inspection agencies) are welcome — a factory that hesitates on either question is answering a different question.
Do you sign NDAs for custom designs?
Yes. We sign NDAs for custom development, and custom styles, prints and fit blocks developed with you are never offered to other clients. Stock-program styles are shared by design — that is what makes their 50-piece MOQ possible — so brands typically combine stock basics with protected custom hero pieces.
What payment methods and terms do you use?
Bank transfer (T/T) is standard, with terms stated on each proforma invoice: a deposit to schedule production and the balance before shipment, after your inspection result. Sample and swatch fees are payable up front and credited against the bulk order they lead to.
What happens if goods arrive with a defect?
Every order passes in-line checks and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, so systematic defects are caught while they are our problem, not yours. If something still slips through, send photos and quantities within 30 days of arrival — verified claims are settled with replacement pieces or credit against the next order.
