Custom or private label: which do you need?
You may only need your own brand on a proven style. Decide this first, because it changes the minimum and the timing.
| What you want | Route | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Your logo, labels and packaging on an existing style | Private label | 100 garments in total |
| An existing style in your own colour | Stock style with custom dyeing | Each custom shade has its own dye minimum |
| A changed fit, length or waistband on one of our styles | ODM | Confirmed for each change |
| A new style from your design | OEM, full custom | Usually 300–500 garments per style per colour |
| A new knit texture or a knitted-in logo | Custom knitted development | Generally 500 garments per style per colour |
What you can customise
| Element | Your options |
|---|---|
| Fit and pattern | A new pattern from your tech pack, or a matching or improved version of a reference sample |
| Fabric and yarn | Custom fabric and yarn, including GRS-certified recycled options |
| Colour | Dyed to your Pantone shade, with a lab dip for you to approve before bulk |
| Knit structure | Rib, texture and compression zones knitted into seamless styles |
| Logo | Heat transfer, printed neck mark, printed or woven label, or a jacquard logo knitted into the fabric |
| Packaging | Hang tags, polybags and branded cartons |
Seamless suits second-skin leggings, bras and ribbed sets. Cut-and-sew suits panels, pockets, prints and dramatic bell flares. Our product table compares the two by garment.

FAQ
What is the minimum order for custom yoga wear?
Full custom usually needs 300–500 garments per style per colour, depending on design, fabric and construction. Custom knitted patterns generally need 500. Custom dyeing, fit changes and knit-in logos have separate development minimums.
Can I make custom yoga wear without a tech pack?
Yes. Send a sketch or a reference sample. Our pattern room turns sketches into tech packs free of charge, and you approve a fit sample before bulk production starts.
How much does a custom yoga wear sample cost?
A development sample costs about US$30–80 per style and takes 7–10 days. The sample fee is credited back against your bulk order.
Can you match a reference sample?
Yes. Send a reference sample and we work out the pattern, fabric and finish, then develop a matching or improved version.
Will you keep my custom designs confidential?
Yes. We sign NDAs on request, and your designs, tech packs and samples remain confidential. They are never shared or resold.
Can I start with stock and move to custom later?
Yes. You can launch on stock styles from 100 branded garments, then develop custom styles once you know what sells. Stock and custom styles can also sit in the same collection.
