Quick answer: Vuori's fabric guide names four fabrics: DreamKnit™, a brushed jersey it calls its "signature comfort fabric"; Vuori BlissBlend™ and Vuori BlissBlend Form™, two buttery studio fabrics; and BreatheInterlock™, which it calls a "breathable compression fabric". The labels read 89% recycled polyester / 11% elastane (DreamKnit joggers), 75% recycled polyamide (nylon) / 25% elastane (BlissBlend legging), 74% polyamide / 26% elastane (BlissBlend Form legging) and 72% polyester / 28% elastane (BreatheInterlock legging).

Vuori's named fabrics, in plain terms
Vuori's fabric guide opens with "Fabric First" and compares four fabrics. In the brand's words:
- DreamKnit™: "our incredibly soft performance knit", "Made with 89% recycled materials", feel "Soft, brushed, cozy comfort". The guide's FAQ calls it "our signature comfort fabric" with an "ultrasoft, brushed jersey feel", and the DreamKnit collection page shows it in women's Halo and men's Ponto pieces.
- Vuori BlissBlend™: "Crafted from 75% recycled materials", feel "Buttery-soft, weightless, and smooth against the skin", aimed at "Yoga, Pilates, dance, and low-impact movement". The guide shows it in the AllTheFeels™ leggings, bras and shorts.
- Vuori BlissBlend Form™: "engineered with enhanced structure, stretch, and support", feel "Buttery-soft with a supportive, held-in feel". The guide calls it "the more supportive counterpart" to BlissBlend and shows it in AllTheForm™ pieces.
- BreatheInterlock™: a "Peachy-soft, breathable compression fabric", feel "Peachy-soft, smooth, supportive, and comfortably compressive". The Daily Legging page adds "an airbrushed finish" and calls it "our highest coverage legging fabric".
Outside the guide, the Strato Tech Tee uses what Vuori calls "our softest performance knit", and two staples carry no fabric name at all: the Sunday Performance Jogger ("a soft performance stretch knit") and the Kore Short.
The useful pattern is the fibre split, not the names. The jogger and lounge knits are recycled polyester with 11–12% elastane; the studio leggings are nylon with about a quarter elastane; and the fabric Vuori positions for high-intensity, compressive wear is polyester with the highest elastane share we found.
What the product labels say
Nine product pages on the US site, compositions copied as printed; the other colourways listed on each page show the same percentages.
| Product (Vuori page) | Fabric named on the page | Composition as stated | Vuori's own words |
|---|---|---|---|
| Performance Jogger, women's | DreamKnit™ | 89% Recycled Polyester, 11% Elastane | "our softest premium stretch fabric" |
| Ponto Performance Jogger 28", men's | DreamKnit™ | 89% Recycled Polyester, 11% Elastane | "an ultra soft brushed performance stretch knit" |
| Sunday Performance Jogger, men's | None named | 88% Recycled Polyester, 12% Elastane | "Mid weight premium technical knit fabric" |
| Vuori AllTheFeels™ Legging | Vuori BlissBlend™ | 75% Recycled Polyamide, 25% Elastane | "Our lightest and stretchiest performance fabric" |
| Vuori AllTheForm™ Legging | Vuori BlissBlend Form™ | 74% Polyamide 26% Elastane | "Buttery-soft and held in" |
| Daily Legging | BreatheInterlock™ | 72% Polyester, 28% Elastane | "Peachy-to-the-touch matte fabric that holds you in" |
| Kore Short Lined 7", men's | None named | 48% Recycled Polyester, 42% Polyester, 10% Elastane (Shell), 94% Polyester, 6% Elastane (Liner) | Feature tags "4-Way Stretch" and "Quick-Drying" |
| Strato Tech Tee, men's | Strato Tech | 96% Polyester, 4% Elastane | "Buttery-soft performance jersey" |
| Waffle Seamless Legging | None named | 95% Polyamide, 5% Elastane | "Performance waffle stretch knit"; feature tag "Seamless" |
Two quick reads. All nine pages claim four-way stretch, from the 4%-elastane tee to the 28%-elastane legging, so the percentage says far more about stretch and hold than the claim does. And all nine say "Machine Wash Cold With Like Colors" and "Tumble Dry Low", standard care for elastane blends because high heat degrades elastane.
The property profile behind each feel
| Feel | What the labels show | What it means for softness, stretch, drape and opacity |
|---|---|---|
| Soft jogger and lounge knit (DreamKnit; the Sunday knit) | Recycled polyester 88–89%, elastane 11–12% | DreamKnit's softness comes mostly from its brushed face (Vuori does not call the Sunday knit brushed). About a tenth elastane gives easy stretch and relaxed recovery, so the knit drapes and moves rather than squeezes. Brushed faces look matte; rub-test them for pilling. |
| Buttery studio legging (BlissBlend) | Polyamide 75%, elastane 25% | Nylon feels smoother and softer than polyester, and a quarter elastane gives high stretch and firm recovery. Opacity depends on weight and knit density, which no label shows. |
| Firmer studio legging (BlissBlend Form) | Polyamide 74%, elastane 26% | Nearly the same label as BlissBlend, so the extra hold Vuori describes has to come from construction, weight and finishing. |
| Matte, high-hold legging (BreatheInterlock) | Polyester 72%, elastane 28% | The highest elastane share here, which points to the most hold. "Interlock" suggests a double knit, normally denser and more opaque than single jersey; Vuori doesn't publish the construction, so that is our reading of the name. |
| Tee jersey (Strato Tech) | Polyester 96%, elastane 4% | Little elastane: it drapes like a tee and gives a little, with no compression. |
| Seamless texture (Waffle Seamless Legging) | Polyamide 95%, elastane 5% | Seamless garments often carry less elastane because the knit structure supplies part of the stretch. |
Two levers decide most of what you feel: the fibre base (polyester for the brushed lounge knits, nylon for the smooth leggings; our nylon vs polyester guide covers the trade-offs) and elastane share plus construction. The share sets the ceiling on stretch and hold; construction and finishing decide where under it the fabric lands. Vuori publishes the composition, not the weight, yarn or construction, so the briefs below ask for those.
How to brief a factory for the Vuori feel
Brief the outcome in fabric terms, not the brand name. You can't order DreamKnit by name; you can order a property profile.
Sample brief, jogger fabric (cut-and-sew): "Brushed jersey for a tapered jogger: recycled polyester with roughly 11–12% elastane, soft matte brushed face, mid-weight, four-way stretch with relaxed recovery. Quote weight in GSM with the test method, show pilling results on the brushed face, and document recycled content with GRS certificates."
Sample brief, studio legging (seamless): "High-rise seamless legging in nylon/elastane, buttery and weightless, high stretch, opaque at full stretch in our lightest shade. Option B: the same hand with more hold from a firmer knit structure at the waist and seat. GRS recycled nylon if the programme allows."
Ask for both options on the same silhouette: the difference is far easier to judge in the hand than on a spec sheet.
What seamless can and cannot copy
Seamless knitting makes a garment as a tube on a circular machine, with rib, mesh, texture and firmer zones knitted in rather than sewn on. That suits the categories where BlissBlend, BlissBlend Form and BreatheInterlock live: leggings, bras, tanks and sets. Vuori uses the method itself: its Waffle Seamless Legging is tagged "Seamless", and its sitemap lists seamless tees, tanks, bras and bike shorts. A seamless build can target a nylon-rich buttery hand, high stretch, a held-in fit knitted into the structure, a brushed or matte surface, or a texture like the waffle.
What it cannot copy is the jogger. The joggers we checked are sewn garments whose pages list zip or slash pockets, drawcords and elastic waistbands. A seamless garment can be brushed and soft, but it will not have quite the surface and drape of brushed jersey cut from the roll, so take the jogger brief to a cut-and-sew knit supplier; the same goes for lined shorts and drapey tees. And no route copies a proprietary fabric exactly.
Where Yesseam fits: we make seamless leggings, sports bras, bralettes, yoga and pilates sets and ribbed seamless sets in buttery nylon/spandex, air-mesh, rib-seamless and GRS recycled nylon/polyester, with brushed or naked-feel finishes. Start from a proven style under private label, send a tech pack (OEM), or send a reference, sketch or brief (ODM); we also handle logo, labels and packaging, plus sampling and bulk production. Minimums are 50 garments in total for a stock style without a logo, 100 garments in total with your logo, and usually 300–500 garments per style per colour for full custom development; changing the fit or the knit structure, or adding a knit-in logo, counts as custom development. Custom colours carry a minimum per shade. More on our seamless activewear manufacturing.
Match the feel, not the design
Generic properties such as fibre, elastane share, finish, weight and compression level are common to the whole industry, so briefing a similar hand is normal practice. Names and designs are not. DreamKnit™, BlissBlend™, BreatheInterlock™, AllTheFeels™ and AllTheForm™ carry a ™ on Vuori's pages, so keep them out of your fabric names, product titles and ads, "DreamKnit-style" included. Don't copy prints, logos or distinctive details, and write your own claims: "the softest piece of workout apparel on the planet" is Vuori's line for its Strato Tech Tee, not a specification, and a recycled-content claim needs your own certificates.
Reading a composition label, using Vuori's as the example
- Polyamide is nylon; elastane is spandex. Vuori's US pages print "Polyamide" and "Elastane", as in "75% Recycled Polyamide, 25% Elastane". A label reading "75% nylon, 25% spandex" describes the same fibres.
- "Recycled" belongs to one line on one label. The AllTheFeels Legging says "75% Recycled Polyamide"; the AllTheForm Legging says "74% Polyamide"; the Daily Legging says "72% Polyester"; the Kore shell splits "48% Recycled Polyester, 42% Polyester". Don't assume a whole fabric family is recycled. The DreamKnit labels (89% recycled polyester) do match the guide's "Made with 89% recycled materials".
- Each part is listed separately. The Kore Short gives the shell and the liner their own compositions, the normal way to label a lined garment.
- The label leaves out what you feel most. It gives no knit structure, yarn fineness, finishing or weight, and none of the nine pages publishes a GSM. That is how BlissBlend (75/25) and BlissBlend Form (74/26) can have near-identical labels yet be described as "weightless" and "held-in". Ask a supplier for a fabric card with the yarn spec, composition, weight and its test method, stretch and recovery, and pilling results; our yarn guide explains how to read one.
- Elastane share is a quick map. Here: 4% on a tee, 10–12% on jogger and short shells, 25–28% on leggings, and 5% on the seamless legging, where the knit structure does more of the work.

FAQ
What fabric is Vuori made of?
Vuori uses several named stretch knits of its own rather than one fabric. Its fabric guide lists DreamKnit™, Vuori BlissBlend™, Vuori BlissBlend Form™ and BreatheInterlock™. On the labels we read, these are polyester with elastane (DreamKnit joggers 89/11, Daily Legging 72/28) or polyamide, which is nylon, with elastane (AllTheFeels Legging 75/25, AllTheForm Legging 74/26).
What is Vuori DreamKnit fabric?
DreamKnit is Vuori's brushed jersey knit, which the brand calls "our signature comfort fabric". The women's Performance Jogger and the men's Ponto Performance Jogger list it as 89% recycled polyester and 11% elastane, matching the guide's "Made with 89% recycled materials". Vuori describes the feel as "Soft, brushed, cozy comfort"; in spec terms it is a polyester-rich jersey with about a tenth elastane and a brushed face.
What is Vuori's softest fabric?
Vuori does not name one softest fabric; it uses "softest" for more than one. The women's Performance Jogger page calls DreamKnit "our softest premium stretch fabric", and the Strato Tech Tee page calls that tee's 96% polyester / 4% elastane jersey "our softest performance knit". The fabric guide does not rank its fabrics, so treat "softest" as marketing language and compare fibre, elastane share and finish instead.
What material is Vuori clothing made of?
The performance pieces we checked are polyester or polyamide (nylon) blended with elastane (spandex), often with recycled fibre. Elastane runs from 4% in the Strato Tech Tee to 28% in the Daily Legging, and recycled content appears on some labels but not others. Vuori's site also has cotton, cashmere and denim collections, which this article does not cover.
What material are Vuori joggers made from?
The three Vuori joggers we checked are polyester and elastane knits. The women's Performance Jogger and the men's Ponto Performance Jogger use DreamKnit at 89% recycled polyester and 11% elastane; the men's Sunday Performance Jogger is 88% recycled polyester and 12% elastane, which Vuori calls "a soft performance stretch knit". All three pages say to machine wash cold, tumble dry low and not iron.
