Seamless or cut-and-sew for gym wear
The two methods solve different problems, and one gym wear line can use both.
- Seamless suits second-skin leggings, bras and ribbed sets, where support and texture are part of the knit. Our seamless fabric is typically 90% nylon and 10% spandex.
- Cut-and-sew suits panels, pockets, prints and wide flares. Our cut-and-sew fabric is typically 75% nylon and 25% spandex.
Legging fabric usually sits at 230–320 GSM. What a seamless machine cannot do is set out in what can be knitted seamless.

- Test a physical sample for fit, opacity at stretch, recovery and washing, using agreed criteria.

For eligible stock styles, the minimum is 50 garments in total without a logo or 100 in total with your logo or labels, mixing styles, colours and sizes. Full custom usually needs 300–500 garments per style per colour.
Do you make men’s gym wear?
Yes. Our menswear catalogue includes compression tanks and training T-shirts. Materials differ by style, so check the specification on each product page.
How long does production take?
A development sample takes 7–10 days. Bulk production takes 30 days as standard, or 15 days on a rush order, after you approve the sample.
